Under Causal Fallacies it lists:

Post Hoc:

because one thing follows another, it is held to cause the other

This would be a fallacy (name, anyone?) but For Post Hoc it should be either:

because one thing preceeds another, it is held to cause the other

OR

because one thing follows another, it is held to be caused by the other
